Ace was founded by Satish Kumar Reddy after he acquired over a decade of experience in real estate in Hyderabad and Bangalore. As a graduate of Bradley University in the United States, he holds a master's degree in industrial engineering. Through his leadership, he is responsible for pursuing and capitalising on development opportunities as well as ensuring overall performance and management. The company has developed more than 1 million square feet of built-up area under the guidance of Mr. Satish. In his previous role as a Technical Director for MTAR, a publicly listed company, one of India's leading engineering companies in nuclear, aerospace, and defence, he spearheaded Blackstone’s investment of 250 crores in the company. Currently, he serves on the board of directors and advises on strategic decisions for the same.
